Check the tracking

Other members cannot tell you where it is
As suggested, check the tracking
Communicate with the seller
If it is past the due date and the seller does not respond or tells you nonsense, open and follow through with an item not received dipsute
What was the estimated delivery date shown (just that, a guess inserted by eBay)
Where is the seller registered?
What is their feedback like?
Is it from the seller registered in China with feedback in the gutter?
If it them, don't even bother to contact them, they will make all kinds of false promises . Go right to opening the item not received dispute and follow through with it. ignore any messages that promise to resend or offer discount or extras
And avoid choosing dodgy sellers in future by checking feedback before you buy
The most recent one is a shocker and easily avoided
