Click on Customer support in the top RH corner then click on the contact ebay tab and follow the prompts till you see call us on the right and click on that and you will be given the free call phone number and a code to enter.

Don't rely on contacting them through their "Chat" service. It says that it is available 7 am to 11 pm AEST 7 days a week. I tried every half hour between 7 am and 10 am one day last week and it kept saying: Sorry. The time you requested for your chat is not during our operating hours. Try again. Not the best service I've ever had .........

I have never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes to get through to somebody on the phone, much quicker response time than many on-line customer support lines and you don't have to press a hundred buttons to get to speak to anyone either

Normally they will answer quickly but if its busy call back when its quieter.
Or get them to call you using the "call me" option (or whatever it's called). My understanding is that they tend to call you back pretty quickly and the person who calls seems to have marginally more idea than the ones you speak to when you call them. Saves being on hold for ages, especially if you're on a mobile and paying for the call.
