I purchased a mobile phone, after 4 months it stopped charging , and will not open up, I went to my account and there is no purchase of this phone on my purchase history, and cannot ask for what to do for the problem, all phone numbers I have called say the same stupid answer to go on line and look up the item you need returned . But as the item I purchased does not exist in my history there is no other way to contact them.. I have proof that the phone I purchased was paid with Zip pay and it says it was purchased from Ebay. Does anyone know how to speak to a person to ask why my item is not in my history.

After 4 months there is nothing you can do through eBay, so it would be pointless to contact them
There is no phone number, contact is via eBay Help at the top of every page, but as said, pointless
Have you changed the drop down menu in your purchase history to cover 4 months ago?
Did you purchase on this account or as a guest?
What is the item number?
Unless you purchased from an authorised seller/re-seller of the phone there is no warranty (No matter what the seller 'said')
IF you did indeed purchase from an authorised seller, contact them with the warranty info

I had actually purchased from Bay and the tax invoice , which I presume is the seller. My phone has stopped working and I cannot open it at all, and wanted to come through to Ebay but it doesn't show in my purchase history for me to get help for the item by giving eBay a purchase number.. The phone was purchase at end of June 2024. and should be under warranty if its a manufacturing repair.. Very disappointed in dealing with Ebay.

eBay do not sell anything, you would know the seller you bought from
(and you do not have any feedback from the place starting with K, so unlikely you bought from them through eBay directly, (unless, as asked, if you bought as a guest) They are not the type of company who does not leave feedback)
As asked, have you changed the time period in the drop down menu to cover when you bought it?
Or did you buy as a guest
It will only be under warranty *if* it was indeed purchased from an authorised seller/re-seller
However, after 6 months you cannot use the MBG through eBay, so again, zero point contacting eBay who do not offer nor enforce warranties *if* there is one
No use being disappointed dealing with eBay when you haven't , you need to read the buying basics and listen to what other members say when you ask

OP, are you saying that the seller from whom you bought on eBay was NOT the one from whom you have a receipt?
If so - just to clarify this - your seller drop-shipped from the “k” seller?
(I won’t say any more on this until you’ve confirmed.)
