Why did you send it back, did you use an official ebay case, return/INAD, who paid for the return and who supplied the return label/address.  Was the return sent with tracking, and what does tracking show.

I think you have probably lost your money.

When you buy off ebay and something goes wrong or you need to make a return, you need to go through an official ebay claim.

You need to read the help pages carefully as they will guide you on this.

You only get 30 days though after the arrival of an item in which to sort things out through ebay.

Never wait 3 months. And don't try to sort things out privately with a seller.
