So I’ve bought a pair of AirPods for $160, and it said it would arrive between the 14-19th of may. Not long after purchasing the product the listing was removed for a “policy violation”. I saw this and decided to cancel the order, as there was no tracking available and it hadn’t arrived, it was also now the 20th of may. On the 28th of may my cancellation request was denied with it stating “your product will arrive on the 18th of may” but that was 10 days ago. I’ve also submitted for a refund but have heard nothing and don’t know how to get my money back. Any help is appreciated

Buyers cannot cancel, buyers can only *ask* the seller to cancel and the seller is not obligated to agree
Have you actually opened an item not received dispute?
What was the item number?
Where was the seller registered?
Were they an authorised seller of the brand?
Is the seller still registered?
Sounds as if it was a dodgy seller, selling a knock of 'Apple' product

"I’ve also submitted for a refund"
Is this an item not received" claim through eBay's Money Back Guarantee ?
If yes, the seller has 3 business days to respond to the claim and if he doesn't , you can ask eBay to step in
If you haven't opened a claim and the item's not showing in your purchase history because eBay's removed it from the site, eBay can open a claim for you manually
Click on Contact Us at the bottom of my link and on the right hand side you'll see the automated assistant.
Ask to speak to an agent

Yeah I submitted an item not received claim. The listing does still show up on my purchase history with the image and details, however at certain times it says “listing removed because of a policy violation” and the image and details of the listing are gone. Hopefully I hear back soon through my item not received claim

"Hopefully I hear back soon through my item not received claim"
You'll need to ask eBay to step in after 3 business days. You'll see it as an option.
It's not done automatically

As said, you need to follow through with the dispute or it will 'time out'
You will not hear back if you do not escalate it
Again, what is the item number?

Yes well I filed for an item not received claim yesterday.
The item number is 366319059273.

What the others are telling you is that even though you filed a claim, that's not the end of it. You can't sit back now and think that's the end of it & ebay will deal with it from here on in.
You have to follow through. You'll have to escalate it if it is not solved. ie a refund, not a seller asking you to wait another 10 days or whatever.

Yes I understand that, but I first have to wait for the sellers response don’t I?

No, you can escalate after 3 days, as explained above
If the seller does not respond, or responds with excuses/tries to trick you, you need to follow through within the time limit
No not 'just wait' after it has been 3 days, do it
