The time to query postage or change address is BEFORE you buy, not after.
The item is in all likelihood already on its way to the address you specified, at the rate you paid.
Edit: snap

Also - this is not eBay. These are member manned boards. We can offer advice, but we can't do anything.

Sellers are not under any obligation to cancel a sale and hence not under any obligation to respond to requests to cancel
And everyone here are simply fellow buyers and sellers, we cannot contact the seller for you

I bet llad won't be back here. He's confident he has dealt with ebay management & given them his orders.
He doesn't really know how ebay buying & selling works and he clearly didn't check out the messageboard either.
Sometimes I'd love to know the story behind these problems. Has the buyer even paid for his purchases yet? Possibly not, if he is still trying to sort postage. Did he demand it be posted standard without tracking so he could save on postage?
Perhaps he has ordered it to be sent to an address other than the one registered. The seller though has not responded, which is a shame (though we're not told how much time he was given).
I'd love to see llad trying this on at most other online buying sites though. Order & pay for something on those, then try to demand changes much later on and usually you won't get far.

I think I have worked out what has happened in this case.
It appears that it was a purchase from a US seller who uses USPS Priority Mail Express International and it makes the GSP look cheap.
I suspect the OP has asked the seller to use a cheaper service and the seller is not going to do so and is ignoring the OP.
