If a seller tells you they have shipped an item to you but its not marked as shipped on your Ebay site is this a cause for concern. I know this subject does pop up from time to time.
----------------
I wouldn't care whether they told me it was posted or if they marked or didn't mark it on the ebay site.
If it didn't turn up after a decent period of grace I would put in an item not received claim.
If there is no tracking number I think they would lose.
I am a bit surprised that the seller didn't mark it on the ebay site though, that would seem to me to be the easiest way to communicate with the buyer without having to write messages etc.
The fact you say they have told you they shipped it suggests you had to ask them?
Personally, if someone doesn't mark an item as sent, I sometimes consider giving only 4 stars for communication.

Didnt mean to hit that Kudos button. Please all forgive me.!!!!!!!!!!
Michelle you are around the boards often enough to know that not all sellers mark items as posted when in fact they have been. Surely asking the seller would be a better option than asking anyone here who would have no idea.
I do hope this purchase is not going to be another SAGA

Far less cause for concern than ordering prohibited items into a country

There is plenty of demand for dog clothing....and they are categorised as small animals.

Michelle, the truth is, some sellers just forget to mark it as posted.
Particularly if they are a sometimes seller. No cause for concern.
(Daydreams, if you hit the kudos button a second time, it removes the kudos)
