Issues paying with giftcards

Anyone else having issues paying with gift cards at the moment? I have a couple of gift cards linked into my eBay account but when i apply them in checkout I can't click the confirm and pay button (it remains greyed out). Been ongoing for several days now, normally they work fine. Pretty annoying as I've bought an item and can't pay for it

So far I've tried; clearing cache, tried a different account and another gift card, tried mobile (and desktop mode) and PC. I could pay with another method but there's a fair bit of money on the gift cards i want to use. Spoke to eBay and they said it's an issue "they're looking into" but who knows how long that will take

Along with 'they have raised it with tech and hope to have it resolved in 24-48 hours'
