Ebay has not resolved a problem with seller who demands more monies for postage. will not send order

I've contacted Ebay on two occasions now. Last time an agent phoned me and we spoke about this seller. I received an email telling me to do nothing and that Ebay would investigate further. I've not heard a word back since from Ebay and that was 4 day...
