On the 13th of March I purchased a phone (Lg G4 http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/LG-H815-G4-Leather-Black-32GB-13MP-4G-LTE-Unlocked-AU-WARRANTY-Smartphone... ) Since then the seller hasn't even marked the item as posted even though the delivery date was Fast n' Free before the 17th of march and I paid with PayPal. The seller has yet to respond to my questions. This phone was meant to be for a birthday present but unfortunately, it still hasn't come (or even been posted).
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks

take no notice of the dates, those are made up by ebay and have nothing to do with real world postage speeds
In other words, they mean nothing
Having said that , the seller has awful feedback with several people saying the items were NOT sent from within Australia, so there is no way on earth you were going to get it within 4 days of buying

The seller is registered in Hong Kong.
Even if the item is in Australia it cannot be sent Express Post...it should be sent by Road Only. With a 2 day handling time it is unlikely to arrive within 4 days of payment.

Probably not much help to you now, but I wouldn't be parting with almost $500 for any type of mobile from Hong Kong. Much better deals around for a likely better product. Very risky buying from that seller after reading their feedback. Hope all works out ok for you regardless.

To add to what everyone else has said here, my main concern is the fact they are saying they are in Sydney, yet included in the box is a free gift of an Australian adapter. It doesn't have an Australian wall plug. Given the very poor and dangerous quality of adapters coming out of Asia, I would be VERY concerned about using something like that. It could burn your house down or even kill you.
Personally, I would be fearful of using this device. I'd be claiming a refund as soon as you can and if it arrives, tell them you will send it back at their expense.

Adding to the misery here for the buyer, just thinking about all the fake so called brands coming out of that area, would hate to think that it could even be a ripoff as well. The comments about the power plug adaptor is spot on and the thing should be slingshot back to them. That sort of money will get you a decent phone from a local store, where you will at least have somewhere to go back to for warranty. If you have trouble with a return claim, just mention the power plug issue and Dept Fair Trading in the same sentence, and you should have no trouble getting a result, as we have had at least one death caused by those sloppy fitting adaptors. The seller might ignore you with this threat, as they are offshore, but ebay should back you regardless, as the issue with these plugs is well known to them.
