Item cost more than what I bought it for and not yet arrived.

Hi there,

I bought an item which cost much less than the amount incurred on my account. I don't know why that amount was taken out of my account for the cost of the item. Plus, I still haven't received the item. Could you please find out why it has cost me that much and why there is a delay.

Where is the item coming from ? 

What is the item number (RHS of the listing page) ?

What is eBay's ETA for it ?

Was the item from overseas? This would add 10% GST  to the cost of the item. If it was expensive, 10% will be a relevant amount too.

Can you share the item number as advised by Padi?

I've given sam a 'like' in case it triggers an alert that there have been replies. Jane used to do it. Where is Jane, does anyone know? I haven't seen her around in a while.
