Item in Australia? eBay and Aust. Post Partner UBI Smart Parcel to enable customer deception

Having waited 2 weeks for another item 'in the post' from a chinese registered seller claiming the item to be in Australia. I punched the reference number in the tracking website for Aust Post (it wasn't a tracking number - just the "AP Article ID" ) and found that the item had only been in their system for 4 days despite the seller marking it as posted 11 days earlier. A couple of emails asking which country it was being sent from were answered with either genuine or faked 'pigeon' english giving generic answers to anything but the question asked. The return address on the label is very interesting. UBI Smart Parcel.  http://www.ubismartparcel.com/en/ubi-smart-parcel  When I check their website I find they offer a service to chinese sellers in maintaining a 'virtual' overseas warehouse. They claim they can provide this seamless service including pre printing Australia Post  franked address labels from back in China due to their extensive partnerships with companies including eBay and Australia Post. Why is eBay and our federal postal service aiding and abeting these miserable liars. I choose to purchase from Australian sellers who run businesses, pay taxes and employ people locally. Why would our own government allow Australia Post to participate in this deception that is hurting Australian sellers.

I am so fed up with the chinese sellers using UBI smart parcel. Genuine Aussie sellers need to crack down on Ebay for allowing UBI smart parcel. I have just reported 20 listings that compete with my product and falsley state their location. They are destroying my business.

Need to do more than give them bad feedback.  If you go into where it says "postage details", on that page it has a link that says "report item". Need to report them for Location Misrepresentation. If we all do this enough, Ebay might finally do something.

Sorry to burst your bubble but eBay Australia will claim it's eBay China's problem and neither of them will do anything to stop the practice, they haven't in the past and they ain't going to start now.

So long as the fees keep rolling in, ebay aren't going to care where the sellers are. Some sellers claim that ebay are missing out on fees by promoting the cheapest items but that's not the case. They no doubt believe that most people who have $X available to spend on ebay will keep buying until they've spent it all. It may be spent on one item in Australia or on ten items for 1/10th of the price from China. The total money spent is the same so their fees are the same.

While the translation that came up on google was evidently correct, the articles that were displayed included:

"How long is the history of China?"

And - my favorite - "You can also tutor the Chinese girl 2: Recognize the love, affection and extramarital affairs brought by the Chinese girl" (a book By Pastor Liang Baofeng)
