I bought a shopping trolley and it is faulty and cannot be used. I am unable to return it, as it was incorrectly listed in the real estate category.

Ebay has not replied to my email.
I left negative feedback for the seller, which warned customers that the seller changes the category to Real Estate after the sale.
The seller contacted me and offered half a refund, which I refused. Then the seller offered me a full refund, if I removed the negative feedback. I told the seller, I would remove the feedback AFTER I had received a refund.
The seller is a top rated seller and negative feedback can cause the seller to lose this rating.
I have now received a refund and have revised the feedback for the seller.
Thank you to all who have assisted me with this ๐

Is the seller registered in China or Malaysia etc? If so then listing in categories where there is no eBay or Paypal protection is a common ploy by them.
In the past some members have had success by phoning eBay or Paypal and explaining the situation. Note however that if you are able to open a Paypal dispute you must sign up for Paypal's limited return postage offer (up to $45.00) before opening a dispute otherwise you will have to pay all the return postage charges.

Have you got the item number correct, because I can't find it. Same with the title you left, it's not showing up either. Have eBay pulled the listing?
This is a common scam by the Chinese. They will list in real estate or one of the automotive categories because they aren't covered under buyer protection. You need to RING PayPal and tell them that the item was in the wrong category, probably on purpose, and go from there.

As the item number doesn't show as being sold then it may have been a scam item or the number is incorrect.
If it's a scam item then contact eBay and explain that the listing isn't visible and would be a scam item.
This gives you their direct links without having to go through their rigmarole:

The listing title doesn't show either so I would say the listing has being pulled.
Report it as a scam/hijacked account.

Yes, the listing has been ended:
And the store category changed on the 19th before ending the listing I guess:
