Hi.
I have gone through some distressing days with my item being liquidated by the overseas shipping company..
For no apparent reason after a week into shipping,I recieved a refund on the item and no explanation to where my item is or what happened.
Without this vintage item my machine is worthless.
Either the seller or I can not find answers.
We need this returned to the seller, but as usual ebay have no idea on how to help me out.
I feel like there is something going on as I do know of a second item sent the same way and it to was liquidated.
Please,is there any help, someone to contact,,,I have had ebay call me 3 times..no help there..
Desperately in need..its killing me

My friend, the seller did organise someone to go to the place where it was last sent, and he said that there are heaps of non English speaking Mexicans working there..the only help he got was that they will look into it...

Well atleast send it back to the seller...they have no right to keep the item...

They do have the right.
It's one of the terms and conditions that a seller agrees to when using eBay International Shipping.
Once it reaches the hub, eBay takes over. Any problems occurring after that are handled by eBay, including refunds, and the seller keeps the sale.
This is an example of what the seller may have received:
"We wanted to let you know that unfortunately this item could not be shipped internationally. As a result, your order canโt be fulfilled. This could be due to import restrictions or eligibility requirements. You get to keep the sale and weโve issued a refund to your buyer."

The nationality of the people who work there has nothing to do with it
The employees do not make the rules (the rules the seller agreed to)
If the glass *was indeed broken/smashed, you don't honestly think they would go ahead and just post it back, do you?
Lawsuit waiting to happen if it injures someone for a start

It happened identically to another guy i know that bought from the seller..
I doubt that both glasses broke in transit..
