Item listed but doesn't exist.

I bought a CD which was listed on Ebay then lo and behold got an email from seller the following day to say that it was either sold out, lost etc. Payment was refunded.

So things happen, items get lost or broken. Move on and find another seller who has something similar.

I suspect the seller's probably a boardie and refunded the OP's money when he realised who the buyer was, even though it would have cost them a defect for doing so.

The last CD that Michelle bought was from Japan.  I suspect the seller's English was not good enough to cope with the questions and requests for information that would have accompanied the payment.

Michelle, you are a classic, but in this case I would advise you to buy another CD and hope that it gets to your letterbox before the postie gets there...........................
