Item listed but doesn't exist.

I bought a CD which was listed on Ebay then lo and behold got an email from seller the following day to say that it was either sold out, lost etc. Payment was refunded.

Have you not heard of items being out of stock or lost or broken between listing and posting?

You got your money back so what is the problem?

Michelle, there are 6 listings for that 'promo'  CD

It's not like you can't buy another one...........

Michelle, if that is the CD that was a problem, best to check with the seller before buying again if there's another listed. A seller once refunded my money for an out-of-stock item while listing four more. I checked and they said, oops, yeah we don't have them...and ended the other listings.
