My item was marked by DHL Australia as "Undeliverable - Return to sender" after only 1 attempted delivery after hours.
Ebay won't allow me to open a case for not receiving the item until Jan 31st and the sellers' hands are tied as they have shipped it to Ebay fulfillment center for delivery, so they have completed their part of the deal.
Purchased from USA shipped to Australia. This item will surely have left the country well before I can do anything about it I imagine. What are my options here if any?

I have had a lot of good experiences with DHL, their online tracking is excellent and they have live chat and regular updates on the tracking of your parcel.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but if tracking shows an attempted delivery and then return to sender, you will be very disappointed if you open a request for not received... the seller will win such case every last time.
