I hadn't even put them in my hair as they are permanent but do not match up so useless , where as they had already been used by the seller ? item # 261108807651 I have tried to do the resolve an issue but it takes me to paypal .. I have a post office load and go visa so used paypal to pay using the.. not having a paypal account link , now it is saying I need to sign in but I am not a member x ? what do I do now , where do I stand with this < please any help would be so appreciated as I feel due to the item being very wrongly described I should be entitled to a refund ?

Foxy is not being rude. You have quoted her Tag, which is not part of what she is saying to you. She has given you very good advice so perhaps an apology might be in order.
A lot of posters have Tags on their posts. They are written on every post they make.

If you need a shoulder to cry on,pull off to the side of the road.
why would you even bother ..not very amusing ! you come across as rude !
please be aware that some posters use a 'signature' that appears under their posts. Same text under EVERY post, that is why it is called a signature.
I think you have misconstrued a poster's signature as a part of their post comment. Signatures appear under a horizontal line.

According to PayPal, you should be able to view your transaction history if you sign up for an account using the same email address and credit card information used for the transaction (link).
It says to complete the sign-up process from the link in the email receipt from the transaction, so I don't know if adding the card now will help, but I'd give it a shot if you haven't added it yet.

You do not use the Item Number from ebay.....you need to use the very long and complicated Paypal Unique Number which should have been on your receipt.
If you still cannot find the transaction just ring paypal on the 1800 number...but be warned, although you are ringing an Australian Free Call number it does take you direct to the USA and you will be dealing with an American. It sometimes takes Aussies by surprise, especially if you are greeted by a Southern drawl.
