Hi,
I ordered 4 lots of 3/6PCS compression bags organiser Suitcases Packing Cubes Travel Store Luggage. I received an email saying the items ha beed delivered, however I did not receive the items.
I have tried contacting the seller, to no avail. When i try to search for the item it is not appearing in my purchases history or says the item cannot be found. When i search the store, it says "we are all sold out".
What do i do? I think I have been ripped off and can't contact ebay, because i don't have any link to click from the purchase.

How long ago did you buy the items?
Have you changed the drop down menu in your purchase history to cover that time?
Why can't you contact eBay? eBay Help is at the top of every page, you don't need a link from the purchase to contact eBay cs
Where was the seller registered?
Did you check their feedback before buying?
If you bought from overseas, did the email say the item was delivered to *you* or that it has arrived from overseas into Australia, to complete the rest of the trip to your address?
What was the estimated delivery date?
Did you buy using the account you are posting with here, or did you buy as a guest?

Thank you for responding, but I’m not an idiot. I have exhausted every avenue and checked everything to ensure this seller was legit. The only error I made was not to read the reviews.

I just went to "Help" & had no trouble typing in "Guest" & was then directed to very helpful information on what to do when buying as a guest... try again.
You were asked where the seller was registered & you didn't answer... shrugs.
You were asked if you checked the feed back & you said yes... this would tell you the answer.

And nobody said your were idiotic, I'm not sure how you expect other members to try to help if we don't know what you have already tried
eBay recommending a seller does'nt mean a thing, that kind of thing is bot automated and often to do with the 'number' of sale a seller has, not if they are a good seller
One guess they are either registered in China, or the dropship from there
Have you spoken to the post office/courier/delivery person ?
