Item not received

Hi all, paid for an item on 14th this month, posted from QLD to NSW. Item still not received as of this date. Seller has sent the item as it can be tracked to Aust Post depot in Sydney, but that's where it stops.  Contacted Aust Post and they said the sender must contact them and lodge a missing parcel report. I contacted the seller and complained that I hadn't received the item, and that if it doesn't show up by this Friday, that I want a refund, as it has been over two weeks since payment was made. The seller replied saying that they won't refund until they get the item back from Aust Post. So, where does that leave me, they have my money, I have no item, and I am supposed to hang around while the seller and Aust Post argue about it?  We buy an item, pay for a safe delivery, things go wrong and the buyer is expected to just cop it sweet. It is signature required, so the seller can be sure that if it gets delivered, after they refund, they will know about the dishonesty, if any.

Otherwise OP will start to get annoyed I know I would.

And the part about selling curtailed,who is that towards?

I must be the luckiest seller on eBay. Any potentially bad buyer always sends me a message about what an **bleep** hole I am by asking so much for my items that I get to block them before they buy but I strike absolutely woeful sellers every month

Tread carefully now, you are making a claim that I have been banned from selling, and that I mention it in my posts? Could you please enlighten me more on on this? Maybe with some proof would be great. I have been an Ebay member for many years and have NEVER had my selling resticted, how dare you make a vexatious claim like that against any member without grounds?

Ok then it's towards me.

Well let me tell you something pal my selling was suspended because of lying buyers and not because

of my poor service so you need to get off your high horse.

Back when defects were given out willy nilly by ebay to sellers as soon as a buyer lied was a hard thing to get out of.

And for your information I refunded all the buyers and they were able to keep their items that they said they never received

which is the lie they told.

So I'm the one that was out of pocket $1000s so don't give me your buyer bull**bleep**.

If you don't receive an item and a seller has done everthing they can do then don't **bleep**en blame the seller.

If you're using a mobile device, try going to the full version. That way you can reply to the person you are referring to, rather than all replies looking like they are directed at the OP. If you can't do that, put in your message who you are replying it, or at least add the persons message using the quote button. You have now clearly upset the OP as it looks like you are saying they have been suspended from selling, when in actual fact they haven't.
