colour of item

as a new ebayer i accepted the colour of the item in the photo. no mention of colour in seller's details of item. discovered not blue as i thought, but black and grey. i should have asked the seller.

Hi. I am new to Ebay. Can anybody tell me how to rate the average price of a product before buying it ? For example if i wanted to buy a handbag from a seller , is there a way to see what its worth on average or what it has sold for on Ebay ?
