I bought an item for nearly $50 2months ago, I waited as per the instructions on postage and exepted it may take a while for the item to get to me as it was comming from over seas. I contacted the seller to track it down (it had tracking) and he responded that it could not be found. Not his fault is he is a genuine seller but he refuses to refund me. Is this exeptable?

Thanks Dave but do you know the reason why the date system is shown the way the USA show the date? Is it because Ebay is an American company?

It's something you have to set in your 'My Settings>Preferences>Display>Date Display Preferences'. Up the top of the page.
