How have you been scammed if you are the buyer?
If you have changed the dropdown menu in your purchase history and it is not there (as you say in the heading) then eBay should have sent you an email that they removed the item
is it past the estimated delivery date?
What service has someone hacked?
What happened when you tried to contact eBay? (eBay Help at the top of every page)

How long ago was the order?
It should still show up under My Ebay/Purchase History. If it was more than 60 days ago, you can choose the drop down to select the year instead. You can then click on the tracking from there.
You have recourse and there are steps you can take, but we need a bit more info.

I made a purchase in early May 2024. It does not show up in my Purchase History. And yes, I have looked for all of 2024 not just the last 60 days.
