Item said Not recieved Ebay do claim Via Ebay or Paypal

I bought an item on the 28th Feb , Seller said she would post next morning,  They had great feedback up until 29th Feb , this is why I purchased from them. I was happy she said she would post next next day as my son has desperately wanted the Lego Dimensions xbox 360 and I was going to give it to him for his Birthday on the 7th March. 

So I Contacted the seller as It had not arrived by the 6th and no response. They now have recieved 27 Negs in the last week . I paid via paypal , I have a 21 day later pay option so techinally im not out of pocket yet, But am I best to open the dispute with Paypal or Ebay? Its kind of confusing.

The feedback I am referring to is NOT from a board member. The board member left postive feedback - this is negative feedback left by someone else which referred to an accident.

This is a serious matter, and there are a lot of sellers on these boards,

not just posting, but lurking.

The point being, I think you have been added to a lot of Blocked Bidders Lists.

Meaning - you may find it difficult to buy from some sellers

Maybe you should start a change dot org petition and get this low life seller hung drawn and quartered? I don't think you'll be happy until that happens.

I think there will be quite a few party invitations being sent out. The list is growing by the minute............

sounds like a few here know the sellers phone number. why not call the police even if only the phone number is known, and get them to do a welfare check as they can track anyone with just a phone number ? costs nothing.

The seller's address is known.....it is a caravan park and the office has been contacted.

Several members are ringing the phone number and another member knows a friend of the seller who has been contacted.

Ebay has been contacted by several members and so far have not done anything...surprise!

There is not much more that anyone can do at the moment.
