Item-sent?

I bought an item from a US seller. As they had not shipped after a few days I queried them and their reply was "the item has been sent to the GSP and then you will get a tracking number". I thought that was a bit odd. Also the item is not marked as "sent". Do you think its on its way or should I be getting worried. I have messaged them back but no reply.

that is good news michelle.

You have bought items with GSP before, so you know that the GSP can be notoriously slow at times, even after an item arrives in Australia.  Please follow your own advice to be more patient once the PB gets involved, if your food item gets the PB tick of approval that is.

P/S  get yourself a clock and set it to US time. Since you seem to have trouble knowing what the time difference is. (If your phone has a world clock, then add the US one... this will HELP YOU UNDERSTAND why overseas seller APPEAR to take a long time to reply to you... when in actual fact, they don't.) 
It's not them..... It's definately you 

P/S  they are 16hrs behind our time. eg: Sydney today 8:42am = New York yesterday 4:42pm  (16 hrs behind our time)
