Just recently, my card was declined from eBay although my bank and mastercard say everything is OK

The problem is I missed out on that item as well as others I had outbid for & now I have 2 striked against me.  I do not know how to move forward.  I have had no luck weven trying to find an e-mail address of phone number.

Did the sellers accept credit card payment....not many do.

The only way to contact ebay at present is by Live Chat.....the phone centre has been closed for months due to coronavirus and email has never been satisfactory as it is bot generated and rarely answers your question.

If you are using your card as a guest through Paypal, which would be the norm for the vast majority of sellers on eBay, then you have probably hit the Paypal limit.

It used to be 5 transactions.

Open a Paypal account.
