Yesterday I left negative feeback for a seller. This morning I looked to see if they had responded and it had been removed., like I had never left it. I did'nt recieve any message from Ebay telling me it was removed or why.
I left negative feedback because I did'nt recieve my item, it was sent as registered post but marked as delivered to a suburb I don't live in. The seller has not responded to my messages or tried to help and I have lodged a complaint with Aust Post, (they have'nt got back to me, but apparently it is being investigated.)
But I think the seller might have addressed it incorrectly, after looking at other feedback left for them. I dont know why it was lost, it was'nt valuable but I really wanted it.
The feedback I left was factual and honest. I did'nt abuse them or swear. just stated the facts.
I know that sellers have the right to get negative feedback removed but do I have the right to get it reinstated?. I want people to know what sort of seller this person is.

Yes. That is correct.
If an item tracks as delivered (regardless of where it landed) the addressee (the buyer) is the one that needs to open an enquiry with Australia Post - in accordance with AP guidelines..
An enquiry for an item tracked as delivered - is a delivery issue enquiry.
An enquiry for an item that has not tracked as delivered - is a missing or late item enquiry.
