Hi Everyone, im hoping for some advice, I just bought my children an android tablet each for xmas, four of them, so it wasnt cheap, I was just looking for accessories for it and had to check out its specs again, but in my purchase history it says this:
This listing was removed by eBay. If you already paid for the item, we recommend that you wait 10 days from the expected delivery date to see if the item arrives. If you did not pay, you are no longer obligated to pay for this item. If you have a problem with the purchase, you can resolve the problem by filing a claim through our resolution centre.
I cant even view the listing, I went to the sellers store, he only has one listing left, a different product, although before I purchased the tablets there were at least a dozen, Im a smart buyer and Im always sure to check feedback, he had a score of 99.7% positive with over 10,000 feedback given, there was absolutely nothing I noticed in the listing that went against eBay selling guidelines, so I have no idea why it would have been removed. Ive contacted him through eBay and on the email I had in my paypal receipt, no response as yet, being that they are xmas gifts I need to know if they're getting delivered and if not I need the money back asap, not 10 days after the expected delivery date (which is next monday) another problem is I didnt use a paypal account, I did pay through paypal with a credit card, but not an account, I just went to the credit card option without signing up, when I go to "view paypal transaction" the only option Im given is to sign in.
Can anyone recommend what I can do? I realise theres probably not much, but Im very stressed out, I cannot afford to buy others in the meantime and this is the bulk of my childrens xmas gift

Jasmina, in order to open a dispute you must first OPEN a paypal account....you cannot log in anywhere until the account is open. Once the account is open the CC purchase should show in it.
There is no need to ring paypal at this stage...open an account then go to Disputes and open the dispute. Escalate to a claim as soon as possible....immediately, if the system allows.

He's sold over 100 of these, Ive gone through hundreds of feedback, Im yet to find anything but positive on this particular item, and only 2 neutrals in about a thousand that Ive viewed claiming they didnt receive the item but both said they got a refund. Ive just noticed that he's started putting up new listings, maybe it was a glitch of some sort, yet he hasnt responded to my messages, for all I know he has hundreds to get through from people experiencing the same problem as me, he has over 100 fb given each day. Thanks everyone for the advice, will keep you posted, fingers crossed Ive been stressed about nothing!

It could also be that someone reported his listings for some reason or another and ebay just remove them without warning; he may have been in breach of some policy or another.
Take it from me, there is no warning given whatsoever; your listing is just removed and you get a policy violation; I've got quite a few lately:^O You then have to revise your listing and relist, or argue with ebay that it should never have been removed in the first place.

jasmina,I don't understand why you're using Paypal as a guest when you already have a Paypal account.
I have just checked your feedback & it clearly shows you've sold using Paypal as payment method as a buyer had to open a dispute with Paypal to get their money back from you.

Good news! Seller just contacted me, the listings were taken down in error, could be a case as you've suggested motherbear, I wasnt given a further explanation, but Ive been assured my items are on the way ๐ Was told I'd be provided with a tracking number shortly!
Foxette I only sporadically sell things on eBay when I have a room full of junk I no longer want, I think Ive changed email addresses, bank accounts and usual passwords a dozen times since I was last selling, Im not going to waste a day trying to track down an old accounts details to make a purchase when I can do it just as easily this way with the same buyer protection. Whilst Im not selling anything I dont need an account when that option is available

You can only do a limited number of guest payments before you have to open an account....much easier to do it before trouble strikes and you need to make a claim.

if you buy on ebay your item should be listed on your my e bay page if not and its missing the problem is your email address , if you have a g mail acount and hotmail account and your ebay is linked to your hotmail account check it go through the promps and add details if your my e bay dosenyt display items brought then your email ascociated with your ebay acount has been reverted to your other email , not linked to your ebay acount so change it back and the missing items will be displayed in your my ebay page again
so remember if your email ascociated with your my e bay is a hotmail acount and you have a g mail acount make sure its linked to your hotmail account otherwise you wont see your e bay buys in your my e bay page if its on the wrong email address
