Item no. 232073072219
I haven't received the item.
I am one of a number of purchasers on the same day for an identical product (float tubes).
Paid by credit card through Paypal.
The item has now passed its latest estimated delivery date.
The seller's status has just changed to "This user is no longer registered on eBay."
After clicking I haven't received my item, eBay informs me that my item isn't ISN'T covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee.
I've read through what transactions are NOT covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee, and none of the exclusions apply to my item.
Almost every menu choice you make in eBay help results in the "email eBay" option to be greyed out. Appears they do NOT want to be contacted.
On the paypal website, my purchase does NOT appear. It's the only purchase I've made through paypal after specifically choosing to use the credit card rather than have paypal automatically withdraw the funds from my credit card as a default. Not easy to explain the difference there.
Any advice?

Ebay deregisters sellers when they are proved to have fraudulent listings or have broken the rules in some way.
You should have received an email from ebay telling you that the seller is no longer registered and what you need to do to get your money back.
Just go to the Resolution Centre in paypal and open a dispute for Item Not Received.
Mention that the seller is no longer registered on ebay

You have paid directly with your credit card so the transaction will not be in your paypal account.
You will have to contact your credit card company direct.....or go through your back.

Glad I'm not the only one having a bad day, Lyndal.
I missed the bit about paying with a CC

My computer seems to have a mind of its own today Stawks...maybe I need to spellcheck everything before posting.
I can't for the life of me understand why anyone would use their credit card directly when they can have 2 levels of protection by using it through paypal. A paypal dispute is a lot quicker and easier than a chargeback and now that paypal give you 6 months to open a dispute it is a lot longer than some banks give for a chargeback.
