I have had two instances days apart where the seller refuses to answer a call for help.
I'm not real fussed if they could or could not help me, but just not aswering is frustrating and time wasting.
Unfortunately I was much too hasty in giving positive feedback.
Just be warned if you buy a GPS from a seller in England who has a " -au" in his eBay name don't expect any communication from them.

Wrong item CQ.
That seller was in Hong Kong.
The transaction with the seller in the UK is much older.....feedback was left on 26th March I would say the transaction is well over the time for resolution of any sort so the seller is just going to ignore the OP.

and very clear from their FB that after sales service is not high on thier list of priorities
