What do you do if your seller does not give you a tracking number?

If I buy an item that is supposed to have tracking, and the seller does not put it up on my order details, I wait a few days and then if it hasn't arrived I ask for it (shouldn't have to but). Not all items are sent with tracking depends whether it is an envelope (which can still be registered I believe but you would normally have paid extra for that). If it is a parcel then tracking is usually automatic.

You wait a few days beyond the expected delivery date then lodge an INR. I don't know what you bought but your seller may have sent your item via large letter which isn't provided with a tracking number.

The OP is in PNG and I think he has bought an item from Germany - so none of the above answers apply

sellers don't have to give you a tracking number even if it has been sent with tracking and some sellers are just too darn busy to upload each tracking number unless there is a problem. Just send a nice message asking if you could please have the tracking number.
