No commmunication from the seller for a damaged item

Despite allowing (too much!) time for the seller to offer a solution to the problem, none was forthcoming. Unfortunately, I went over time as I am a person who hates conflicts.

BUT, the seller ignored my messages. The item was smashed beyond repair in transit due to poor packing, a point I made in my first message It was pointless sending it back. (I sent 3 photos)

I noticed the seller has 4 "Negative" feedbacks for exactly the same problem, smashed, ignored messages, etc.

I would still like: (!) a full refund

                          (2) an opportunity to leave an official "Feedback" to try and prevent this seller exploiting other buyers.

I have attached photos I sent of the item

I hope you can help in this frustrating and upsetting matter.

open a dispute against the seller for Item not as described. let paypal take care of the rest.

This is a member to member board, not eBay.

 

If you have gone over time for a Paypal dispute, there is not a lot you can do. Same with feedback.
