'No events currently found' result on AP tracking # entry.

I have a package coming from Venuzuela, and a tracking number that was working for a while on the Australia Post website, coming up as lodged and dispatched. Now I'm getting a 'no events currently found' message when I enter the number. Any idea what this means?

I tried to enter this tracking number (BJT2026411011422) in the tracking tool on auspost website. It displayed the same message "No events currently found". Can you please check if this item have arrived?

This thread is 9 months old. Unlikely that Aust Post will see it. You are better off starting a new thread or contacting AP directly.

If your parcel is coming from overseas, sometimes the tracking number will give you that message until it's ready for delivery to you. It will then show up on the AP tracking site.
