Hi, I bought an item on the 16th of November, quite expensive.. I paid straight away and the seller told me he'd ship it the next day and would have the tracking number for me later that evening. Two days ago I got a notification on Ebay saying the item was shipped. Except it has no tracking number? The shipping service said international tracked postage. I've emailed him twice now about it and still have not gotten a response. But the seller has time to put up a new sale?? His shop only has 1 item up so it's not like he could be that busy? Is it too soon to be worried? What should I do in the upcoming days if there's still no reponse? Thanks.

If it helps, I ordered an item from Poland on October 28 and it was delivered to my home in Brisbane on November 7, just 10 days later. On that basis, if you ordered something that was shipped from Poland on November 18, I wouldn't expect to see it until at least November 28, and I certainly wouldn't even start worrying unless it still hasn't turned up by around December 10 or thereabouts.
Remember also that it is approaching Christmas and the international mail services are usually swamped by the beginning of December so don't even think of worrying just yet. Besides, you have until around the second week in January before you need to lodge a claim if it still hasn't turned up by then (and that's assuming only a 45-day cut-off period).

Hi.
I understand that you're worried about it. SInce the seller is not responding to your email, what you can do is to call the seller directly so that you can ask if where your item is. I will give you the steps on how to get the seller's contact information.
1. Click โAdvanced Searchโ at the top of the eBay.com.au homepage.
2. Under Member: you'll find two links: โFind a Memberโ link and "Find a Trading Assistant" on the left side of the Advanced Search page.
3. Click on Find a member and you will see three tabs: "Find a Member", "Find Contact Information", and "Find a Trading Assistant". Choose "Find Contact Information".
4. Enter the seller's User ID and the item number.
5. Click "Searchโ (You may be asked to sign in).
If the seller remains unresposive, you can now file an Item Not received case through eBay. But before you can file a case, there's some things to be considered.
1. Contact your seller, most of the seller are more willing to work out a solution with you.
2. Check to make sure your shipping address on file is correct.
3. If you're buying from an international seller, keep in mind that it takes longer than shipping domestic.
4. If you've got tracking information, try to look up the status of the package first before opening a case.
To open an Item Not Received (INR) case:
Goodluck on your future transactions. ๐
