Not received my item.

Hi, I bought a child's mask on 22/10 and paid by Paypal straight away. The seller apparently postedthe mask the same day by standard post. It's now 4 th November and still not received. I have sent an email to the seller last week and no response. I have sent another email today but not holding my breath for a response. I have a very disappointed son! Not sure what to do? Can I get my money back?

Not received my item.

If it is an overseas seller, it might take a bit more time to come, but if it is australian seller, sure, just go to your item, and on the right hand side in a drop down box (like a little arrow) will be the option to "resolve a problem"

 

click on that and it will take you straight through to PayPal, where you can open up a dipute for "Item Not received"

 

you have 45 days to do this.

 

once it has been escalated to a claim (you can do this right away, say seller has refused to contact me already etc. when it asks why) then PayPal will contact the seller and give them 10 days to provide proof of postage.

 

If they don't, the case closes and you get your money back.


Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.
