PF logistics are the reason that I will not be purchasing on eBay in the future. This courier seems to have appeared from nowhere to have overtaken eBay like a disease. My last three parcels , 1 took 20 days to get across Sydney , the next took 9 day's to get across Sydney, and a current parcel is 8 days and counting to get across Sydney. You could literally beat them if you strapped the parcel to the shell of a turtle. This company will cost eBay millions .

No need to tell other members this
There are many posts about them from others here on the forum
Is PF Logistics a scam - The eBay Community
PF Logistics delivery details are just lies - - The eBay Community
PF Logistics - The eBay Community
Just to mention a few of many
Avoid sellers who use them to avoid the well known issues with them
The estimated delivery date is shown before buying
If that date has past, open and follow through with an item not received dispute
Which would take less time than telling other members what has already been said over and over
All but 1 of your recent feedbacks are from sellers in China, so no surprise there either
eBay will not notice if you use the site or not

Did you ever consider asking seller how goods are sent prior to purchase???
It is easier to check before than carry on about it after the fact

I’m also having trouble with this courier, no update on tracking since 5th November, (parcel is showing as in Melbourne) I’m in Tassie, I have sent them an email about it, I cannot find a phone number for them.

Our business has halved our EBay purchases because of ongoing issues with this Freight Company. Why should it be the Buyers responsibility to identify the Freight Company?
EBay are the ones allowing this dodgy Freight company to be a Partner. PF Logistics have a 1.3 Star rating on Google from near 1800 Reviews and even worse on other Review sites. That isn't indicative of an issue, that is indicative of a complete disaster bordering on a Fraudulent Enterprise.
EBay should insist Sellers display who their Freight provider is for each listing. Many other sites either display same or give freight options.
Until this is rectified we will continue to reduce our monthly EBay spend and when we do purchase from EBay we now use a standard wording "This purchase is made conditional that the item will not be sent via PF Logistics. If PF Logistics are the intended carrier, please notify us immediately and cancel our purchase. We will purchase the product elsewhere."

eBay staff do not read here and they do not take suggestions
Nor are they going to notice how much you buy, or you stopped buying altogether they would still have zero clue
Nor do you buy from eBay, eBay do not sell anything, you buy from sellers who list on eBay and the sellers choose what company they use
And seller is going to take any notice of your standard wording
Nor is a seller obligated to cancel your purchase, especially based on change of mind
You may as well include 'please include a hamburger and large fries with my order for free or I don't want it'
Just as you did not take any notice of the seller you left the neg for having terrible feedback and neg after neg.
It would have taken you a fraction of the time you spent here 'telling eBay' etc (which they will never see) to write a short message you could save and then copy and paste to sellers whose items you may be interested in buying from, before buying
You could even use your 'standard wording' from above to send to sellers, before buying when it would achieve something
I understand you don't think buyers 'should' have to check anything before buying but nobody else is going to do it for you
If you don't want to buy, don't
It is really that simple
