Paid 4 an item on 3 nov still havent got it can't open a case cuz dead line in 18 dec but today is

I paid for an item on he 3 rd of November and still didnt receive it. Went on resolution center but couldn't open a dispute because the dead line is on the 18 of December. But today is the 18th... Please help.

when they say 45 days they mean exactly 45 days, not 45 days and 3 minutes, so I'm guessing that may be where the problem lays.

the deadline goes to the exact hour / minute / second  so if you paid at, lets say 8.05pm and tried to open a dispute at 8.35pm you are too late.

If you paid with a credit card, ask your bank about a chargeback, you have longer there.
