Paid for but not received item;

I have already purchased and received the same item from seller last year, so I decided to purchase the same item again, but they say they don't send overseas.

If the seller no longer sells overseas, they no longer sell overseas 

Have they refunded your money?

You say they do not sell overseas, which would be why you have not received it

Frankly surprised such a thing made it through customs the first time....maybe that is why they no longer ship overseas

Don’t include seller name when posting here; it’s against the Community guidelines and a moderator is sure to be along momentarily to edit your post.

If the seller doesn’t wish to sell to overseas buyers, he doesn’t have to. However, it appears to be available for international buyers.
