Michelle,
Seriously..... I have seen others in the past saying that they think a lot of your problems are (putting it politely) of your own making, and I have usually been a defender of yours - hell, we all have teething problems, right??
but given this (another) situation, I really do need to ask - do you come here with ligitimate problems, or just for company?
Sorry, but given the time you have been on eBay and the many many problems you have incurred....if they are real...I advise you to give it up, on line buying is not for everyone and there has to a BM store nearby - you should use it.

Michelle, do you know for sure that the parcel is with StarTrack? It is an Australian based courier company and would not be delivering mail from the UK.
Please do not go making a fool of yourself at StarTrack until you have a tracking number and know for sure that they are the company that will be delivering your parcel. They deal with thousands of parcels a day and will have no idea whether they have yours without a consignment note number.

This is Mitchell in another thread. (I don't know how to send a link)
Sunday
My biggest peeve with the UK, EURO, sellers is there is no tracking number provided with items, unlike the US sellers.

On the very bottom left side of the post you want to link to, below the posters ID, click on the message number that shows in blue, then when the page refreshes copy the url from your address bar & then paste it to your post where you want to reference it.
eg, to link your earlier post you would click on the '19' below your ID on that post found there >> Message 19 of 25 (105 Views)
and then just copy the url after the page refreshes >> http://community.ebay.com.au/t5/Buying/Parcel-missing-stolen/m-p/1605260#M48528
And you're done.

Serously Michelle, you need to have a Bex and a good lie down. Maybe have a few shots. Something, anything to settle your nerves.
Of course eBay is going to say the parcel should be delivered by now, because their program says so. They have NO control whatsoever over ANY mail service delivery times, so have no right to tell you it should be here now, purely because the estimate in the listing says it should be.
There have been shipping delays from the UK for awhile now, this is nothing new. The UK sellers are having a tough time because buyers are trashing their stars for postage times, when it has nothing to do with the seller. The last thing I bought from the UK took nearly 4 weeks to arrive.
As already mentioned, I really think you need to cease buying online. The stress of a parcel arriving a few days later than the eBay estimate, could be enough to give you a coronary.
Chances are you parcel will arrive. So, what will you do? Open a case on Thursday demanding a refund, only for the parcel to arrive the following Monday? Would you repay the seller?

Michelle, are you the only person in your block of flats that gets parcels delivered?
Why would you assume that it is your delivery every time the courier stops at your complex?

michelle: heard courier pull up in the car park
You didn't see the courier at all? How do you know it was a couriers vehicle or more importantly one that was delivering a parcel to you.
Why would you think a courier driver would give a parcel to a random person? The courier driver would deliver it to the unit number on the parcel address.

royal mail signed for is trackable in Australia but not online. I had a parcel from UK not arrive after 5 weeks and got the tracking number from the seller, rang Aus Post and it was sitting in a post office in the next suburb because the street number was wrong.
