Was there a question?
Not enough postage paid, Australia Post slaps on the extra charge for the shortfall
Obviously you have contacted the seller and made them aware?
Not sure what the item price has to do with the postage charge?

Feel better now that's off your chest, albeit I am still trying to understand your issue.

Defenitely looks like insufficient postage. ($1.50 of the amount is a fee AP charge).
If you want the item you will probably have to pay on collection, but contact the seller who may reimburse you. I had this happen recently and the seller sent me the money and apologies.
