Hello,
I recently sent a payment where some was taken from PayPal funds and some from my credit card. The seller's email address was incorrect, so the payment was cancelled and the PayPal funds returned. It states that my credit card funds were returned but this has not been the case. I am still down by the amount that was charged from the credit card.
Does anyone have any experience with this? How long should it take for a cancelled payment to return to a credit card? Thanks very much.
