Does anyone know what this means? Trying to use the code. >$50 for 1 item but it keeps coming up with that error.

Also I'm not sure if it will help but did you add the item to your cart first then tried to purchase from there?

There are also excluded catergories and sellers where you can't use the code and they are.

 

'Excluded Items' means;

  • all items listed in the following categories;
    • Real Estate (10542), Coins (11116), Services (316), Cars, Bikes, Boats (9800), Tickets, Travel (11730), Other Lots More Items (88433) and Gift Cards (172009 & 184609); and
  • all items sold by the following Sellers:

Maybe it means exactly what it says.....there is a glitch in the payment process so try again later.

 

I would leave it for at least an hour, maybe even longer, and then try again.

Answering to all the above “have you tried” is yes. And read through all exclusions and it is not in there. It’s Nintendo joycon for switch. Plus it would’ve given a different error.

And I’ve been trying since last night. But seems this problem is isolated to myself only.

Tried the app and browser also.

I used the PHENOM code about 10.30pm last night and it went through without a hitch.

Have you tried a different item using the shopping cart to see if the discount is applied.
