Possible scam

I think I might be getting scammed by a seller. Agreed with Seller before purchase to send item upon purchase via AUSPOST which was agreed. Seller has 100% positive Feedback. Purchased item, Seller said a mistake was made and item could not be sent via AUSPOST. Seller said item would be sent via Aramex in 2 days (LIE). 4 days later no movement of item. Upon contact, Seller told me item would arrive following day or full refund. Seller sent tracking details via Codexpress, checked detail for an order in India. Estimated delivery date over a week away with no way to get any help from Ebay until then. Does anyone know how I can get in direct contact with Ebay to get support on this possible scam? or do I have to wait another week?

There's nothing you can do until the final ETA has passed.

If the item still hasn't arrived, open a dispute under eBay's MBG.

Is the item coming from India.

You haven't been very clear.

Just wondering

You said the seller has 100% feedback

Is that feedback as a seller?

Is the feedback recent ?

Has there been a long gap since past feedback (possibly a hijacked account if so)

There are situations where 100% feedback means squat

IF it is potentially a hijacked account, you could report that

The EDD is a week away,  no point contacting Ebay, they cant help you.  When you hit the big buy it now button,   it would have told you the EDD,  not Ebay's problem you are impatient.
