Hello,
I would like some help, please.
I purchased a product back in August and have had small problems with it, but now the item no longer works.
I know I have passed the refund date and the seller said they will send me a new motor. But I have now been waiting over 6 weeks. Is there anything I can do?
Thank you

There is no product warranty from an eBay seller unless they are
a) an Australian business, and
b) an authorised seller of the item.
What a listing says about warranty is a sparrow’s burp and the faecal matter of a pufferfish.
So… with that in mind, can you post the item number of the item in question (or similar)? You can’t post the seller’s name, but we can at least check the item itself and, from there, where the seller is registered.
I should point out that anything you purchased on eBay last August (10 months ago?) is well past any eBay protection; eBay’s Money Back Guarantee (MBG) is valid for 30 days after receiving the item, and refers to the condition of the item when it’s received. It’s not a product warranty.
But let’s at least sort out whether you’re covered by Australian Consumer Law; post that item number here.

No
You don't get to use something for ten months and get a replacement
eBay does not offer any such cover
The 'refund date' as you call it is 30 days past the last estimated delivery date, but only for things that are not as described or don't arrive at all
The eBay MBG is not a warranty, and unless you bought from an authorised seller/re-seller who is registered in Australia, there is zero warranty
What is the item number?
Where is the seller registered?
What was their feedback like before you purchased?
Was this from the seller who is now unregistered in your feedback?
Or one of the dodgy sellers registered in China?

I’m very pleased for you.
One caveat: please check that you have actually been given the refund.
