Purchase history not showing at all

Hi can anybody help. I purchased two items through Ebay Christmas time. One item turned up in the mail and the seller managed to email me to see if I had received the item which thankfully arrived. I am unable to leave any feedback for the seller as it is not showing in my purchase history. I also bought another item and it has not turned up and I cannot find any record in my purchase history. I have tried putting the item number and transaction ID from Ebay email with no success I have tried contacting the seller directly and have I  have had no response. How am I supposed to do a claim if I can't even find the item I purchased.

Near the top RHS of your purchase history it says "last 60 days" click on that and select 2022 then you should see the items you purchase around Xmas.

Was it more than 60 days ago? The purchase history only shows purchases in the last 60 days by default, but you can change the time range in the dropdown menu on the purchases page.

Was it on this account you are posting with, another account or as a guest that you purchased?

It could quite possibly be too late for a INR claim , depending on what the estimated delivery date was, if you bought at Christmas

No it IS the last  60days the records stop at Oct 2023 and I could see them a week ago, but not now.

that's more than 60 days, so use the dropdown box for earlier

Hello Alan,  you may need to go into some details about what your particular problem is.

I don't know about anyone else, but I am confused. The original post was by Dot back in Feb 2023.

You should be able to see your own records in My ebay. I can see mine and they certainly go past  Oct 2023, I have my Dec records showing. Maybe try again. Sometimes people encounter glitches but it may have fixed itself.
