Purchase history not showing at all

Hi can anybody help. I purchased two items through Ebay Christmas time. One item turned up in the mail and the seller managed to email me to see if I had received the item which thankfully arrived. I am unable to leave any feedback for the seller as it is not showing in my purchase history. I also bought another item and it has not turned up and I cannot find any record in my purchase history. I have tried putting the item number and transaction ID from Ebay email with no success I have tried contacting the seller directly and have I  have had no response. How am I supposed to do a claim if I can't even find the item I purchased.

I only see Offers if I except the Offers then what?

Why can't I check my eBay online purchases that normally takes half a second only to view them??? What is going on??

Have you read through all the other posts in this thread?

Or any of the many similar ones on the forum?
