Purchased items not showing up

My purchased items do not show up inn my account. I have to go to feedback to see what purchases i have. This makes at difficult as Idont know if i have paid or not.This is happening all the time and i am totally p....t off. Tried to get support but unless you have a problem with what they pre sellectec they are not interested. Does anybody have any idea on how to contact our unapproacable ebay team?

top right of screen => Customer Support tab => Contact us => Choose a prompt

I suspect that your issue lays within your settings though => My eBay: Summary => Account drop down menu => adjust your preferences

on your my eBay page is a section

Purchase History

or Buy

set the drop down menu to Last 30 days or current month or last month or last 60 days or whatever it is you want to view and that'll show all and if paid or not.

best to pay as soon as you buy and you'll never need to know if you have outstanding items.

No good posting a link to your own eBay summery, any member who click on it will be taken to their own summery, not yours

If you want to leave a note for 'eBay' you will need to contact them, rather than comment on a post which was posted in 2014

Especially since eBay 2014 is nowhere near how eBay is/looks in 2025
