If a seller is not helpful then you have 2 options for opening a case.
Provided you paid via PayPal.
1. You can open an eBay case 30 days from last estimated delivery date. (eBay resolution centre)
2. You have 180 days in PayPal to open a case for INAD. (PayPal resolution centre)
And never close a case until you have satisfaction.

Also, it's very clear that the seller is in China. (Click onto feedback score, and it takes you to the seller's feedback profile while states "Member since: 05-Mar-10 in China")
Never never never never never never NEVER buy a phone or an electronic item from a Chinese seller on eBay.
Many of the negatives in the seller's feedback, to be fair, are from sadly unthinking Australian buyers who don't seem to realise that Customs will NOT let seeds from China into the country, and who haven't read eBay's Plants and seeds policy.
