Re click and collect promo - spend $100, get a $50 voucher, spend $200, get $100 voucher.

Did anyone participate in this promo that ended last Monday night? When do we get credited witht he voucher?

Good news....my $100 voucher just appeared.....and it was still the 1st November.

Even if thats the case I should have at least got a $50 voucher as the one showing as picked up was $169

Did you pay for 2 items in the one payment for a total payment of $200 or more?

If so you should get a $100 voucher.

If the $169 was all you paid in one payment you would only be elligible for $50.

Still no voucher here for me. I checked my emails as well as My eBay.

Everyone who was eligible who purchased an item with "click and collect", and has collected their item SHOULD have received their voucher (although it should just be the purchase that prompts the voucher, not the collection as some items can take a long time to arrive). It shows at the bottom of the myebay tab when you click on it.

However, I don't recall any acknowledgement from eBay that I had qualified for a voucher at the time of purchase.  I just remember reading the terms that the voucher would only be available FROM 1 Nov.  And I was wondering if eBay glitches would occur and I would have to chase it up.

Check your PayPal account (as I do recall the payment had to be via PayPal AND click & collect).

Check that the eBay order details have your item as "collected".

Other than that, I would get on to eBay - ask them to phone you back.

I thought mine had not arrived, no email, message, and not in the app. 

As as pointed out previously it was in "my eBay" on the full website at the bottom under a special Promotions heading.

I think you are not alone there, wondering where this voucher is.  We've assumed there would be an email or something, instead it has appeared "very small" under the My eBay tab !!
