Have you checked?

(that you have your correct, current address in eBay)

(that it has'nt been left 'in a safe place')

(that nobody else in the house took delivery of it?)

(with the courier company?)

It is most likely a tracking error,  happens sometimes when items are lodged with AP but mistakenly scanned as delivered.
